Cialis (tadalafil) le weekend pill is a medicine used to treat the physical problem of erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men. Cialis is in a class of medications known as PDE-5 inhibitors, which are used to treat cases of male impotence. It can help a majority of men with erectile dysfunction get and keep an erection when they become sexually excited. Cialis does not cause erections directly but affects the response to sexual stimulation. It is not an aphrodisiac or a hormone.
Take it once and it lasts all weekend -- In Europe, where Cialis was launched on February 5, 2003, it has been dubbed the weekend pill "Most men tell us they don't like to have sex timed to a pill," said Lilly spokeswoman Carole Copeland. "Cialis is allowing men to return to a more normal type of sex life, to choose the moments when they want to have intimacy."
